The purpose of this plan is to provide a home for people who cannot currently qualify for a home purchase. If your credit is reasonable but still insufficient to qualify for a home purchase ReVest Rentals LLC can lease you a home until you are able to qualify and close on the purchase of the home. If ReVest Rentals LLC does not have the home of your choice available ReVest Rentals LLC may be able to purchase a home of your choice and lease it to you until you are able to qualify. Provided the home has sufficient equity and your credit can be improved within a reasonable time you can move in today and close when you qualify. You can have nearly two years to repair your credit and close on the home. Some of the benefits of this plan:

Eight easy steps to home ownership

Step 1

Review our homes for Lease Purchase and find one you like. If we do not have a home that fits your needs and you have found a home not currently owned by ReVest you may submit a request for ReVest to purchase the home as part of the Lease Purchase program. Homes being considered for purchase by ReVest must have an approved applicant and either sufficient equity or a down payment provided by the applicant to qualify for the program. (Upon request to purchase a home ReVest will review your application and the value and condition of the property prior to approving such request.)

Step 2

Fill out the application on our website and submit it for review. There is no obligation and no fees involved. Your application is confidential and will not be shared with other companies or individuals other than those listed on this page. You may also print and fill out the application and mail it or drop it off at our office.

Step 3

ReVest Rentals LLC as well as our preferred credit repair company and/or our preferred mortgage company will review the application.

Step 4

ReVest Rentals LLC will approve or deny the application. (ReVest Rentals LLC reserves the right to require down payment or other security as part of the Lease Purchase program.)

Step 5

Sign a Lease Purchase contract.

Step 6

Move in

Step 7

Lease the property and repair your credit

Step 8

Qualify for a new mortgage and close on the purchase of the home.
